How can I obtain a quote?

In order to prepare an initial quote, we normally only require the window and door measurements (approximate height and width including frames) plus any special features (e.g. decorative bars, radius or arched heads, stain glass).  These details may either be emailed to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Our software shall then prepare AutoCAD drawings with your estimate with various options for your consideration.  Alternatively, we can arrange for your local area surveyor to visit you onsite to take measurements and discuss your exact requirements and answer any questions you may have.  We operate with a no sales pressure strategy so we shall leave it for you to contact us when and if you'd like to proceed with an order.

How are you able to provide such competitive prices for the quality offered?

Our prices competitive for the high quality product we produce due to economies of scale, cutting out the middleman and costs associated with operating showrooms around the country and sales agent commissions.  As our products are manufactured in Europe, labour and material costs are currently kept to a minimum, thus enabling us to pass savings of up to 90% to our customers.  The factory have a highly skilled specialist team of timber windows and doors designers and manufacturers using the latest software technology and machinery some of which still remain unavailable in the UK.

How long will it take to supply and install the windows?

Once a final survey with detailed measurements for production has been carried out, a final specification for production shall be issued for your approval prior to commencing manufacturing.

We estimate to allow approx. 7-8 weeks from the final design confirmation to delivery.  Specialist items such as doors or arched framed we shall endeavour to meet the same lead time, but subject the final design work some items may take up to 12 weeks for completion.

How does the installation service work?

Unlike many timber window suppliers, we are able to offer the full package to supply and install to give our homeowners complete peace of mind.  The installation service we offer will depend on your specific requirements and property.

For new build properties, we often provide a simple Phase I Secure and Fit Installation as building contractor will often finish off the making good.

With existing and especially listed properties, you may instruct us to compete Phase I Secure and Fit (i.e. remove and replace the existing windows and/or doors) plus Phase II Making Good inside and outside to your preferred finish so you can simply relax and enjoy your new windows.

Your project manager will be able to discuss the installation service in more detail to meet your specific needs.

Will the new windows meet the required regulations?

Building Regulations England and Wales shall be assessed by your surveyor to ensure all conditions are adhered (e.g. Part F (Means of Ventilation), Part N (Glazing).

We often work closely with local councils to ensure our superior quality windows and doors exceed their requirements.  A FENSA certificate is issued where applicable.

What geographical area do you cover

We supply and install timber sash and casement windows and doors predominately throughout London, Essex and the South East.  Sash windows in London.
